I first heard of Cancun Fiesta Fresh from the Kansas City Lunch Spots blog. I was interested for several reasons: it's located relatively close to me, it sounded like good food, and it sounded like a place that not that many people know about. I recently slipped over there for some street tacos and I was not disappointed. They were delicious. We also verified that the chimichangas are good stuff, too.
Unfortunately, they don't serve beer there, but the view of the volleyball courts and the line to get into the Beaumont Club provide enough entertainment for even a sober person.
This will not be my last visit to Cancun Fiesta Fresh.
Oh yeah, if you're thinking of going over to the new joint in Westport, Blanc Burgers and Bottles, you would be well advised to take out a second mortgage on your house first. You're going to need the extra spending money.
