It's New Year's Eve! If you've never spent New Year's Eve in an urban area such as Kansas City, here are a few tips: Please do not shoot your gun into the air, if you hear gunfire, hang out in a parking garage or under an overpass, do not drive drunk on Southwest Trafficway or around Westport or the Plaza. That's about all you need to remember. If you follow those simple rules, you'll have a happy and healthy New Year's Eve!
