Muelbach

The old Muelbach hotel has been around forever, but now it's part of the Mariott downtown. It was once where Harry Truman lived for some time, and features one of the coolest hotel lobbies I've seen in Kansas City.

Muelbach Brewery

The Muelbach Brewery was apparently at 3rd and Oak in Downtown, Kansas City. I'm not sure, but it may have been bought by Schlitz and used as their brewery for a time. I do know that Schlitz had a brewery downtown, by the River Market, but I'm not sure if these two were the same facility.
