Halloween is over, so that means it's time to start thinking about Thanksgiving. I've already started seeing Christmas ads on TV, so it's not like the holidays have been sprung on us with no warning, but it still seems like it's too early. Especially when we still have some great sunny days.

Thanksgiving means it's time to start getting out the decorations and of course time to reserve your fresh turkey at McGonigle's. Pretty much my entire Thanksgiving meal comes from there, and I couldn't be happier about it. I'll probably do a practice turkey sometime this week or next to get in the mood for the holidays and to start stretching out my stomach again.

By the way, be on the lookout for Black Friday deals on the Internet. It's my favorite part of the holiday and I'll try to give you guys a head-start on the shopping season.
