I'm looking forward to one of those great Fall Kansas City weekends. This might be your last chance to do some winterizing around the yard before we get a real freeze, so drain your sprinkler systems and fountains and maybe put away your lawnmower for the winter.

The Chiefs are in town to take on the Packers on Sunday.

It's also First Friday this evening, and the weather is supposed to be great for November. Head on down to the crossroads district to take in some local art.

Police are looking for a car involved in a hit and run death in KCMO over the weekend. If you have any information about a 1998 Ford Taurus that is gold or light colored with Kansas plates VSR 388, please call the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-TIPS.

The Ice Terrace at Crown Center opens today. I hope they can keep the ice cold in these unseasonably warm temperatures!
