Waterfire was rained out earlier this month. (Who would have thought that water and fire could be cancelled due to weather?) It has been rescheduled for tonight. I think that's OK since it's closer to halloween and waterfire is a vaguely spiritual event that sort of reminds me of the spooky stuff that happens on the long nights in Winter. Head down to the Plaza before dark to check it out.

Tonight is also Westport's 175th Birthday Party

In other news, here's a photo of the Slugrrrr sculpture for the merry-go-round at the K. Wait, there's going to be a merry-go-round out there?
