12 Baltimore, the bar located in the Hotel Phillips, is exactly where I would grab a drink almost every evening after work if I lived downtown. It just feels like the downtown, urban bar that you should head off to for a tie-loosener after you leave the office. This is also a great place to stop at on your way to the Music Hall or possibly the Sprint Center.

They have a bar menu featuring some good, but somewhat pricy bar food that's better than your regular bar food. My favorite is the little beef tips grilled up with some onions and peppers and served with some slices of flatbread. It's great stuff.
