Accuro's Italian restaurant on Main at about 51st street is never the first Italian restaurant that comes to my mind when I think of Italian. I don't know why, though. It's a great date spot, so intimate and yummy. It has been said that they have the best antipasto plate in Kansas City, and I can't disagree with that. They also have an impressive wine list, so there's not much missing in this spot.
