I would be remiss if I didn't point out Midtown Miscreant's recent story on some of the trailer parks by highway 40. I have been known to frequent some of the more frightening areas of town, but I'm either too chicken or smart to be seen openly photographing them. This is a pretty good look at one of the area's poorer neighborhoods.
Also, be sure to keep an eye on the Royals game tonight. They're in Chicago, facing the White Sox. Last week when these two teams squared off, the game was delayed by a bench-clearing brawl that eventually resulted in three ejections and suspensions. This long-running feud could provide yet another interesting game.
