The suspensions for players and managers following the Royals vs. White Sox brawl have been handed down. I'm somewhat surprised that Greinke was suspended for 5 games and Sox pitcher Carrasco was apparently not disciplined at all. It's hard to argue that Greinke's actions were any more intentional than Carrasco's. Nonetheless, I'm glad to see Olivo and Greinke have appealed the decisions. This might mean that they can play when the Royals visit the Sox in Chicago next week. I'll tune in to that game in case their are some fireworks.
