Since Swizzle at Gregory and Wornall closed recently, it has been replaced by Cantina del Ray. It's my understanding that the new Mexican place is under the same ownership and management as Swizzle, but they've just changed the type of restaurant that it is. It's only been open a week, but I scooted by to check it out. Unfortunately, I failed to get a margarita, so I can't comment on that, but I consulted with the KC Guy staff espinaca expert who verified that theirs is the best espinaca in the city. So, they've got that going for them. Slip on by and try out their espinaca and let me know what you think of their margaritas. I'll try a few more menu items and let you know a bit more about the place next time.
