Hannibal's Waldo Bar and Grill

Formerly known as Fin's Waldo Bar, this newly reborn bar sits just South of the intersection of 75th and Wornall in Waldo. Where it used to feature cheap keg beer in plastic cups and some of the thickest smoke in town, it now features a comfortable neighborhood bar with nearly sober, friendly patrons. Gone are the furnishings that are only appropriate for 3am last calls. Hannibal's now has reasonable furniture, a hard wood floor, and a recently cleaned up wooden, deco bar. The garage door on the front opens up to allow the skinny smoking spot out front to handle as much of the crowd as possible. I think Hannibal's has really turned it around, and I welcome the improved bar to Waldo.
