Johnny's in Prairie Village is a pretty good neighborhood bar, especially if you want to take in a sporting event. They also have NTN trivia.

They have pretty good specials. Like most bars in Kansas, they're not allowed to have a happy hour, so their specials last all day. Some of my favorites are:

• Thursday: 2-for-1 burgers. They have a wide selection of burgers, so this is a pretty good deal. They also have cheap domestics on Thursdays. I think on the pints
• Saturday: hot dog menu. I can't wait to get into one of their chili dogs.
