Leave it to the guys from the KC Beer Blog to put up yet another thorough review of a new local joint. This time, they let us know every detail of their recent lunch at The Foundry, the new joint in Westport. It sounds like this place has a pretty good selection of beers and food. Their location is pretty good, too. So, I guess I'll be down there soon.

In other news, I'd like to thank the Hip Suburban White Guy for sticking up for those of us who have a strong opposition to working lunches.

Finally, I'd like to be one of the first to welcome Chris "Chupacabra" Henao to Kansas City, where he will be joining the investigative team at KCTV5.

• This is a "Third Thursday on Tomahawk" over in Prairie Village, so that means that all of the stores on the North side of PV are celebrating. A Beer sort of Blog points out that Rimann Liquors is having a Blondes of Summer tasting.
