I wasn't aware of this curbside composting program in Overland Park. Apparently, you can pay about $3 per month for someone to come pick up your yard waste at your curb. Then, you can head over there and pick up all the finished compost you want for free. That might be a little more convenient than having a composter in your back yard for some.

In other news, I love it when the Crime Scene KC does local stories. This time, it seems that cock fighting (was) alive and well in Johnson County, KS.
