It's an unfortunate weakness of mine, but I get really irritated at small things that most people never care about. Near the top of the list are all of those signs on phone poles and parkways for things like mortgages and singles sites. Apparently, Olathe organized a sign sweep recently to remove them. They recoverd 737 illegal signs in 3.5 hours. That's a pretty good clip. I wish more property owners took it upon themselves to remove illegal signs from the roadway near their property. This would reduce the need for the city to come by and do it occasionally.
Speaking of petty annoyances, I will never eat at Aloha Chopstix on Rainbow. They advertise by hanging things on peoples' doorknobs, which is almost as bad as placing flyers under windshield wipers.
