As you have probably noticed, while this website is ostensibly about Kansas City, it's actually mostly about eating and drinking in Kansas City. In that spirit, here are a couple pieces of beer news.

First is that development is continuing on the spot between McCoy's Public House and the Riot Room (you know it as the Hurricane. Rumor is that it's going to be a Belgian Beer Bar.

The other is that I found a pretty good site for beer reviews at beersuggest.com (thanks to lifehacker.com). You can find all sorts of beers in it, which might help you with the vast selections at Charlie Hooper's or Blanc.
