Smoking Ban Death Watch

I made some initial projections on June 11, 2008 of places that would be most affected by the Kansas City smoking ban. Predicting these changes has gotten so fun, I thought I'd try to keep track of them

Threatened, but adapting

• Buzzard Beach - The "deck" out front of this place has suddenly become populated with the former basement-dwellers.
• Bobby Bakers - I think they'll just keep the doors open more often at this place.
• Peanut on the Plaza. This is the place that I most suspect will just continue to let people smoke.
• Fin's Waldo Bar has added what looks like a 2 foot wide smoking lania out front. Featuring views of Wornall Road and Tanner's parking lot, this mecca is sure to be able to hold the 99.44% of Fin's customers who chain smoke.
• Twin City Tavern has apparently opened up some tables in the back parking lot.
