Westport Flea Market

The Westport Flea Market Bar & Grill boasts either the best burger in town, or the second best, depending on who you ask and when. It's been around forever, but has recently been spruced up a bit, thanks to new owner Joe Zwillenberg. There is a new pool table, and arcade, shuffleboard, and darts zone is opened up a bunch.

They have live music on Friday and Sunday nights, and food and drink specials almost every night. Among my favorites are:

• Tuesday night: 2-fer-1 mini burgers (don't let the name mislead you. The mini burgers are the right size for normal-sized humans)
• Wednesday night: Trivia Night
• Friday: $1 PBR bottles. Now I forget if they do this every night or not...

The KC Lunch Spot blog wrote a great review of the Flea Market. He has some valid complaints about the burgers, but may be too harsh on the Flea Market.

Anyway, bring cash. They don't take plastic.
